Dan Forsyth has since been training to prepare for The ABSA Cape Epic 2009. The Cape Epic is an annual mountain biking event that takes place around the last week of March and the first week of April. This year's eight-day race will start with a prologue, for the riders to compete for a good starting point at the main Cape Epic 2009 race. Dan is currently taking part in this event, that changes it's route every year - so you never know what to expect, except the thrill of pure pedaling adrenaline.
